Grouping mask shapes allows you to move multiple shapes around as one. Add, Subtract and Intersect modes can be set at a group level as well.

1. To group shapes, select shapes in the masks sidebar.

2. To select shapes that are not adjacent to each other, hold down the Command key when selecting with the mouse.

3. Click the folder icon at the bottom and the shapes will be grouped.
